Data retention
- Account information is kept while your account remains active and for up to 24 months afterward to meet legal requirements.
- Uploaded images and videos stay in your library until you delete it or close your account. Temporary render files created for AI Video Generate are generally purged within 30 days.
- Metadata derived from your uploads may remain in anonymized form for analytics or system safety after deletion of the underlying file.
- Technical logs are typically retained for up to 12 months for security and operational purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, download, or delete the personal data we hold. You can:

- Export or delete generated videos and uploaded files from your library
- Change communication preferences using the links in our emails
